About

About ininvoice: what we do, what we do not do, and how we write

ininvoice is Spanish accounts payable automation software that matches every supplier invoice against its purchase order and delivery note, line by line, and shows the difference in euros before payment. It is built for companies and groups that receive a high volume of supplier invoices.

What ininvoice does today and what it does not

Who it is for

ininvoice is built for mid-sized and large companies and for groups with several companies that receive between 10,000 and more than 100,000 supplier invoices a year, buy against purchase orders and receive goods with delivery notes: distribution, fashion and footwear, retail and manufacturing.

How we work with companies

We do not publish prices. After seeing your invoices — annual volume, companies and ERP — we send a tailored proposal within 48 hours, with no implementation fee, an annual contract and payment by bank transfer against invoice. You can first run a trial with your own invoices.

How we write this site

Guides and comparisons on this site are signed by Nicolau Matarrodona, founder of ininvoice, following these rules:

  • Nothing made up. No customers, testimonials or results we cannot prove. Euro examples in the guides are constructed to explain the calculation and are presented as such.
  • Regulation with its source. Legal dates and obligations link to the Spanish Official Gazette (BOE) or the Tax Agency and are checked when written.
  • Competitors with a date. Comparisons only use what each company publishes on its website, with the date we checked it, and say when the other option fits better than ours.

Frequently asked questions

Who writes the guides on this site?

Guides and comparisons are signed by Nicolau Matarrodona, founder of ininvoice. Every page shows its publication date and the date of its last update.

Does ininvoice replace the ERP?

No. ininvoice checks the supplier invoice before it reaches accounting: it matches it against its purchase order and delivery note and flags the difference. Posting and payment stay in the ERP and the bank.
