Stampli vs ininvoice: two line-level matchers for different markets
Stampli is a US procure-to-pay platform ("Procure-to-Pay platform", per its website) that matches invoices to POs and receipts at line level, routes by entity and pays suppliers; ininvoice also matches line by line with PO and delivery note and assigns each invoice to its company, but is built for Spain: it validates VAT, withholding and tax ID, works in Spanish and does not pay. If your operation is in the US on an ERP such as NetSuite or SAP S/4HANA, Stampli fits better; if your companies are in Spain, ininvoice is the alternative.

When to choose Stampli
- Your main operation is in the US and you pay by ACH, check or virtual card.
- You want to pay suppliers and give them a portal from the same tool.
- Your ERP is on its list of 14 and you want a ready-made connector.
When to choose ininvoice
- Your companies are in Spain and you need VAT, withholding, tax ID and reverse-charge checks.
- You want to work, and have your team supported, in Spanish.
- Payment already works through your bank and ERP.

Frequently asked questions
Does Stampli also match line by line?
Yes: its website says it matches invoices to POs and receipts at line level. The difference with ininvoice is the market: Stampli is in English and does not mention Spanish tax rules.
